Therapeutic singing

"What you sing, you become."

What is therapeutic singing?

It is a tool that promotes well-being through the voice in a psychological therapy context.

It is a methodology that promotes self-awareness and connection with oneself. The person connects with their voice, but also with their emotions and feelings. They listen to their goals, desires, and needs.

Your voice is a subtle thread between your body and your essence:
Plato said: "The voice is the reflection of the soul,"thus opening the door to singing therapy.
If you follow your voice inward, you harmonize, rebuild yourself, and get closer to who you are.

I help you sing the score of your life

Your voice is a reflection of your inner world.

At the same time, your voice and singing therapy can be a powerful tool for exploring your inner self and getting closer to your essence.

It is a discipline that promotes connection and self-expression, both with oneself and with one's body.
Singing is my medicine, and I share it with you through group workshops and individual sessions.
