Gestalt therapy
Radically transform your life!
Gestalt therapy is a model of psychotherapy belonging to humanistic psychology that approaches problems from a very broad perspective and is characterized by developing human potential and personal growth.
The Gestalt approach tells us that the whole is greater than the sum of its parts (body, mind, and soul).
The main principles of Gestalt therapy are: awareness, living in the here and now, and personal responsibility.
I offer you support
Respectful, kind, loving, and non-judgmental, in a safe space of intimacy and trust where you can open up and express the issues that concern you in your present moment.
If you give me your hand, I will accompany you in becoming aware of those things that repeat themselves in your life, of the behaviors and blockages that prevent you from moving forward. In this way, you will develop skills that lead to self-knowledge, allowing you to have confidence, security, and the freedom to do things differently and realize that calmness and well-being depend on yourself.
When that moment comes, I will let go of your hand, and you will be ready to follow your path.

Grief is a painful journey that must be traversed without getting stuck. It is a learning process with many shortcuts that can lead to dead ends, but it is also a path of reconstruction and transformation.
We have created this therapeutic grief support group, where you can express the pain and emotions of losing a loved one without feeling judged. You can share your experiences with people who are going through similar processes to yours, in an atmosphere of understanding and respect.
Experiential personal growth workshop
- Every Friday from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m.

It is an ongoing personal working group made up of people who share the same goal: "Learning from each other to grow together."
This is achieved through personal introspection and, at the same time, with the support provided by the gaze of another person, who acts as a mirror and helps you recognize yourself.
